An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/8/24 from 7:15am to 8:00am with program staff. There were 11 children in care at the start of the inspection, supervised by two staff. More children arrived throughout the inspection. Children were observed playing structured table-top games. Required postings were observed. The attendance, allergy list, and emergency drill log were reviewed. Four child records were reviewed. A review of required on-site documentation was conducted for staff certified in CPR/First Aid, Daily Health Observation Training, and Medication Administration Training (MAT). An off-site staff record was requested. One medication and medication authorization were reviewed and the program has a staff member with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT).
