Technical Assistance was provided to the Manager during the 9/6/23 staff record review regarding the Health & Safety Update training, which is an annual training that should be repeated each year.

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 11/15/23 from 2:17pm to 3:15pm in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Three on-site staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training, Health & Safety Update training, and current certification in First Aid and CPR. The last lockdown drill was documented on 10/31/23.
