Discussed standard 430B and ensuring that there is an adequate supply of arts and crafts, construction, social living and manipulative materials available.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 4:00 - 4:45 pm with staff. There were 12 school age children present with two staff supervising. Children were observed playing a group game of kickball, washing hands to prepare for snack, eating snack, and coloring. Snack served today: graham cracker goldfish and chocolate milk. Two onsite staff records and two onsite child records were reviewed at the time of the inspection along with the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, and three medications and authorization forms. One staff member on site has current Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification.
