Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted to review staff files at the Ron Rosner Central Office. Two staff files were reviewed for all required documentation and an inspection for required on site items will be conducted at a later date, please see that inspection for further details.
Based on review of two staff files, the facility did not ensure that staff were obtaining subsequent tuberculosis (TB) screening or testing at least every two years from the date of the initial screening or testing. Evidence: The tuberculosis (TB) test on file for Staff #1 was dated 5/8/17.
Plan of Correction:
Staff stated she is scheduling her TB test as soon as possible.
