An uannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 7:10 a.m. and ending at 8:15 a.m. There were 18 children in care ranging in age from 5 years to 11 years old with 2 staff. Children were observed playing at various centers that included lego and art. After centers, children had gym time and played soccer in groups. After soccer, children returned from the gym and had reading time with staff.
Six children's records were reviewed. Staff information was reviewed during the inspection and a full file review will be conducted off site. There are no medications on site. Emergency drills were reviewed and up to date.
