A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/27/2023. There were 70 children, ages 4 months- 10 years, 14 staff members providing direct care and supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies, and nutrition. The children were observed during arrival, mealtime, outdoor time, teacher directed activities, self-directed activities, and nap. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, and 1 medication were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: meals, new building, linens, and safe sleep. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:00 am and departed at 12:30 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
