This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 08/09/2021 to investigate a self-reported incident received by the center involving the area of supervision. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector emailed the director a list of documentation required to complete the investigation. Interviews were conducted with staff, documents were reviewed and staff/child records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Recommendations to prevent future incidents of this nature were discussed with the center's director.
