This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program. A renewal inspection was initiated on 1/20/2022 and concluded on 1/24/2022. The Provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 8 children (24 points) present, ranging in ages from 5 months to 3 years, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records 3 caregiver records, and 1 household member record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
