An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 1:30pm-2:50pm. There were 4 children (13 points) in the direct supervision of the caregiver. The first aid kit, 4 children's records, 3 caregiver/household member records, evacuation drills, the outdoor play area, and the daycare space were reviewed. The children were observed playing with toys, reading books, singing songs, being held and fed a bottle, and taking a nap.
