Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 9:00am and 9:45am. There were 7 children present with the Provider and 2 assistant for a total of 20 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing freely, singing songs about the letter L, completing a numbers art project and napping. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Based on observation, topical skin products were kept beyond the expiration date of the product. Evidence: 1. Child #2s diaper cream expired 4/2022. 2. Child #5s diaper cream expired 10/2022.
Plan of Correction:
We will return them to the parents.
