Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/4/2023 from 10:40 am to 12:17 pm. There were nine children in care, ages 4 years to 6 years in one group under the care of two staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records, along with other requested program records. The children were observed in a quiet indoor activity and playing outdoors.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the center failed to have some required information in children?s records.
