Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on 02/15/2023 between the hours of approximately 10:15 am and 11:45 am. There were 27 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5 years, with 7 staff supervising. Children and staff were observed while working in centers or independently, cleaning up and transitioning to outdoor play. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review, 2 out of 4 records reviewed did not contain all required information. Evidence: 1) The records for Child #2 and Child #3 did not contain a work phone number of one parent who has custody.
