09/30/2019 Arrived 1:45pm Departed 2:35pm An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. Twelve children were present with two classroom staff, a cook and a volunteer. Based on observation the facility failed to ensure that the diapering surface is cleaned and sanitized after each use. Evidence: 1. After a diaper change the mat was wiped with a Clorox wipe.
Plan of Correction:
The site administrator will ensure that the staff members are retrained to clean and sanitize the diapering area after each diaper change.
