Comments:
An Unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted on 3/28/2022 from 11:30am to 12:30pm. There were 13 children (two of her own) (26 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 1 staff record, 4 children's records, 1 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely outside and coloring/drawing inside the play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Based on review, the provider did not ensure that repeat background checks were completed every 5 years. Evidence: Reviewed the provider an household member's records and found the following: 1.
