Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today to modify the license to reflect the new address. There are 2 children in care (4 points) with one caregiver. Two children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. The children were sleeping during today's inspection. Emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, refrigerator thermometer, phone landline, and landline telephone are all in compliance. Based on review of records, one child's record is incomplete.

Evidence: The provisions of the emergency preparedness plan do not reflect the new emergency relocation destination.

I have already given the form to the parent to sign, they have not returned it to me yet. I will ask them for it again.
