Comments:
An announced renewal inspection was conducted on 2-1-23 at 9:05am. There were no childcare children at the time of the inspection. The home, 1 caregiver record, 1 child's record, 1 household member's records, emergency supplies. There were no medications on site today. There was sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Based on observation, the provider did not meet the criteria on the health and safety checklist at the time of the inspection. Evidence: 1 - the provider had 7 uncovered electrical outlets around the playroom, kitchen and bathroom, all accessible to children in care. 2 - observed a hole in the wall behind the sofa, and accessible to children in the main playroom. 3 - observed hazardous substances under the bathroom sink: bathroom cleaner, disinfectant sprays, all marked keep out of reach of children. 4 - observed antifreeze on the stairway up to the main play room, accessible to children.
