Technical assistance: Linens used by children, upcoming expiring background checks and trainings.
Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/5/23 from 10:40 am to 11:35 am. There were 5 children (9 points) in care of 1 caregiver. The children were observed playing games and watching videos on tablets. 1 caregiver's record, 1 household member's record and 2 children's records were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Attendance and emergency drill records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation, cleaning agents were not stored in areas inaccessible to children. Evidence: Several cleaners were stored in the cabinet under the bathroom sink used by the children. The cabinet was not locked.

Description:
Based on observation, protective covers were not installed on unused electrical outlets. Evidence: Two outlets on an extension cord on the shelf where the children were playing, were not covered with protective covers.
