An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 2/8/23 from 9:30am to 10:40am in conjunction with a renewal inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Two staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and Health & Safety Update training, as well as current certification in First Aid and CPR. The last lockdown drill was documented on 1/31/23.
