An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on March 6,m2023 with the provider. The inspection began at approximately 11:00 AM and concluded at approximately 12:30 PM. There were 2 children present, ranging in ages from 1 years to 2 years, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, the provider?s record, and one household member?s record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
