Today we discussed the upcoming expiration of several background checks and TB Screenings which will need to be completed prior to the renewal of the Voluntary Registered Certificate in September.
If you have questions or need assistance, please let me know with enough advance notice that we can get things accomplished before you have to send in your Renewal application and documentation.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 5/6/2022. At the time of arrival, there was 1 child present, with the provider supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and one Caregiver record were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice
