Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/16/2021. The Provider was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 8 children present, ranging from infant to preschool age (20 points), with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 8 children records, 2 household records, and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there were (3) non-compliances with applicable standards, and code. These violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program.
If you should have any questions, please call or send an email to charlie.perkins@doe.virginia.gov. Thank you.
