An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted with the local DSS agency on 9/15/23 to investigate an allegation received by the department related to a forbidden action. Based on evidence gathered through interviews and documentation review, the complaint was determined to be Not Valid. An exit interview was conducted on 9/21/2023.
