An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated by inspector on March 19, 2024 and completed on April 9, 2024 regarding concerns of Administration, Programs and Supervision. During the inspection the following were completed: interviews with staff, a review of records/documentation and observation of the of staff to child interactions. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation related to Administration, Programs and Supervision; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
