A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 1/28/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 23 children present with 5 staff. Children were observed painting their names with feathers, coloring and making Rainbow Fish, playing with trucks, washing hands, toileting, having lunch, setting up for nap, and sleeping. Reviewed 3 children's files, 4 staff files, Fire and Health inspections, emergency evacuation supplies and log, medications and authorizations, attendance, menu, and physical plant. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
