The licensing inspector and administration reviewed the center's policies for ensuring the appropriate supervision of all children in care (63.2-1716.B.2).

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on November 22, 20191 from approximately 10:40 AM until 11:30 AM in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on October 22, 2019 regarding ratios. Staff interviews, observations and documentation were reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
