Comments:
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 06/06/2022. There were 2 children present, ranging in age 3 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 4 household member records, and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on review of the emergency evacuation drill log it was determined that emergency evacuation drills were not practiced monthly. Evidence: The most recent emergency evacuation drill was dated 04/14/2022.

An emergency evacuation drill will be conducted this week.

Based on review of two children's records it was determined that not all records contained documentation of immunizations before the first day of attendance. Evidence: Child A (start date: 05/23/2022) did not have documentation of immunizations on file.
