Consultation was given on free training opportunities on-line through the VA DSS website.

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted from 11:05-12:00. Five children were in care (16 points) with two caregivers which is within ratios for supervision. Observed infant care, reading stories, interactions about opposites and free play. Lunch to be served was egg salad, salad and bread. Reviewed two children's records, emergency preparation, physical space and diapering supplies and cribs. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
