Comments:
A renewal inspection for the Voluntarily Registered Family Day Home was initiated on 10/19/2022 and concluded on 10/19/2022. There were no children in care, 1 child will start 1 day a week for a couple hours. The home, 3 previous child records, 4 caregiver/household member records, crib and emergency supplies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on a review of provider and household records, the provider has not obtained repeat background checks every five years.
