Daily child/ratio verification reports were reviewed. Based on the previous 60 days 100% compliance was observed.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:00am-1:30pm. There were 57 children supervised by 12 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, eating lunch and getting ready for nap. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. No violations were observed during today's inspection. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
