An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on September 25, 2019 in response to allegations received by the Division on September 18, 2019 regarding children's files, center drivers, and staffing. Additional video footage was received on September 27, 2019. Based on staff interviews, review of video footage, and review of documentation, the preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations.
