A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted from approximately 10:50am to 12:00pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. 4 children (10pts) were present with 1 caregiver. Ratios were in compliance.The physical space, attendance records, handwashing/diapering procedures, food service area, emergency supplies and drills, injury reports, children's records and caregiver records were reviewed. Ratios were in compliance. Required documents were posted. Hazardous substances were discussed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
