An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between approximately 10:30am and 11:35am. 6 children (19pts) were present with 3 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 3 children's records, attendance, caregiver records, infant bottles, cribs, the changing area, evacuation drills, the Emergency Evacuation Plan and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed playing with playdough, working on puzzles, playing with toys and interacting with caregivers.
