A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/23/2023 between the hours of approximately 10:40 a.m. and 11:35 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 8 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 19 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating a snack and playing outside. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, attendance and emergency procedures was completed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
