On 10/27/20 a virtual renewal inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was completed via mobile video application as well as phone and email correspondence. During inspection the home and emergency supplies and procedures were inspected. Child, vendor and household member records were reviewed. 5 ( 17 points) children were present, observed playing freely directly supervised by the provider and assistant.
