Technical Assistance:
Discussion was held on the topics of current enrollment, current staffing, and outdoor play equipment. Due to the height of the slide, the upper platform is prohibited by the Provider from use by the children. Discussion was also held on the current residential status of household members.

Comments:
The following inspection took place between the hours of 8:30 am through 11 am. Today, I met with the Provider on site at the Family Day Home (FDH) located in Herndon, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced renewal inspection there were a total of 4 children (10 points) with 1 caregiver. A total of 4 children?s files, 1 staff file, and 2 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: breakfast, toy play, games, outdoor play, music, learning, song, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail. Thank you.
