Upon notification of a positive COVID 19 test by a parent, child, staff or the child's household member, the center must, in addition to contacting the health department notify their Licensing Office.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/29/20 and concluded on 12/30/20. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations of failure to ensure the children's care, protection and guidance. The Administrative Assistant and District Manager were contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. There were no violations issued.
