A complaint inspection was initiated on 6/15/21 and concluded on 6/22/21. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegation in the area of supervision. The director was contacted by telephone and virtually to conduct the investigation. The evidence gathered during the investigation supported no violations with applicable standards and laws.
