Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews..
A renewal inspection was initiated on 07/27/2021 and concluded on 07/29/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 2 children present, ranging in ages from 13 months to 4 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation of emergency supplies, the first aid kit did not contain all required supplies. Evidence: 1) There were no tweezers in the emergency first aid kit.

Description:
Based on record review, the provider did not obtain a current Report of Tuberculosis (Tb) Screening form for each caregiver every two years. Evidence: 1) The most recent Tb screening report in record for Staff #1 was dated 06/10/2019.
Plan of Correction:
An appointment for a new Tb screening is set for 08/17/2021.
