A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 5/18/2022 regarding a complaint that was received by the department on 5/6/2022. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special services and child abuse and neglect. Observations of staff / child interactions were made in two classrooms. Six staff were interviewed. Children from two classrooms were interviewed in a group discussion format.
The information gathered during the inspection was not sufficient to support the allegations of noncompliance with applicable standards or law. Therefore, the Complaint was found not valid. No violations were issued.
