The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Children were observed interacting with peers and staff, playing in centers, eating lunch, and sleeping during rest time. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The parent board located at the the front entry contained the posted results of the Subsidy Inspection conducted on 4/20/2023, which resulted in no violations being cited. However the Violation Notice that was issued for the Licensing Monitoring Inspection, dated 4/20/2023 was not posted.
The administrative assistant on duty at the time of the inspection confirmed that this documentation was not posted.

Plan of Correction: The Administrative staff on duty stated that she would ensure the results of the current inspection and subsequent inspections are posted visibly immediately upon receipt, following each inspection.
