A virtual inspection was conducted on January 19 2022. The provider submitted documents to the inspector and the provider and inspector viewed records over a virtual platform.
The provider had 5 children in the direct care of 3 staff members. The inspector reviewed staffing records, child records, pet records, household records, emergency drills, and reviewed the menu and attendance records.
