Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted between the hours of 12:10pm through 1:00pm. There were a total of 4 children present, including 2 of the provider's own children, ranging in age from 18 months to 4 years old (10 points) with the Provider. A total of 2 children?s files, the provider's file and 1 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in free play activities and then prepared for naptime. Positive interactions between the provider and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. The voluntary registration health and safety requirements were reviewed with the provider. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. There was an adequate supply of age appropriate materials and toys. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on record review, the provider did not maintain a record for each child enrolled in care that contains all required information:
Evidence: Child #1 (Start Date: 5/7/2022) did not have the results of a health examination within 30 days of enrollment or up-to-date immunizations by the first day of enrollment on file. Child #2 (Start Date: 1/23/23) did not have the results of up-to-date immunizations on file.
