A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 between 11:50 am until 2:00 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements.The licensing inspector observed 13 children in care being supervised by four staff. During the inspection, the licensing inspector completed observations of the children in care napping in designated areas, and interacting with staff and peers. According to the center's staff, the playground area is currently not in use. The required posting were reviewed by the inspector. There were four children?s records and four staff's records reviewed during this inspection. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Medication is not being administered at this time. The center is currently providing transportation. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
