A unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted on 12/13/2019 from 2:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M. The purpose of the inspection was to investigate a self-report alleged incident that occurred at the center on 12/06/2019. One child record and two staff records were reviewed, five staff were interviewed, and classroom observations was conducted. There were no violations found during the inspection.
