The Licensing Inspector conducted an inspection on 01/24/20 and 2/10/20 in response to a self-report made by the facility on 01/10/20 concerning an incident reported by the facility to determined if they were compliant with the standards regarding behavior guidance and the supervision of the children in care. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, and the entire facility was inspected and observed during the investigation. The evidence gathered during the investigation does not support that was non-compliance with the standards, therefore there are no violations resulting from the self-report.
