An Unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/4/24 from 11:50 to 12:40. The provider had 5 children present with an assistant. 13 points. Observed the children having lunch and getting ready for nap. Lots of interaction between the children and caregivers. Lunch was nuggets, green beans fries and pineapple. Lots of materials and space for the children to explore and lots of interaction between the caregivers and children. Reviewed the provider record and 4 c children's files.
