An unannounced inspection was conducted on 3/22/2022 to investigate a complaint received by The Department related to Building Maintenance. The LI observed all areas of the facility inside and outside. The evidence gathered during the inspection did not support noncompliance with any standards or law therefore the complaint is considered not valid.
