Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted to investigate a self-reported incident regarding Supervision of Children and Special Feeding Needs. Based on evidence obtained through interviews and documentation review, a violation notice was issued to the facility as a result of the inspection. Based on interviews, and review of documentation, it was determined staff did not always ensure the care and protection of all children. Evidence: On 4/4/2022, at approximately 4:30pm, a 3 month old infant was given another infant's bottle containing breast milk. Staff #1 stated both infants had the same bottle and the label came off in the bottle warmer. Staff #1 admitted they inadvertently fed infant #1 the other infant's breastmilk rather than the bottle of formula provided by the parents.
