Provided consultation on implementing a system in which children are observed upon arrival and departure, and observations are documented with both parents and staff signing off, to enhance parent interactions and communication.

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 1/6/23 and 1/9/23 with the local department of social services and law enforcement to investigate an allegation regarding a forbidden action. Based on evidence obtained through interviews with staff, a review of photos, documentation review, and observations, the complaint was determined to be Not Valid. There were no violations issued as a result of this inspection. An exit interview was conducted on 1/10/2022.
