Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 26, 2024, from 9:30am-10:20am. At the time of entrance, (5 ) children (12 ) points were in care with (2 ) caregivers present. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household member records. Children were observed finishing breakfast, bathroom and handwashing and circle time with songs and movement. No medications were on site. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. Based on a review of household member records, 2 household member have not updated their Tuberculosis screening every 2 years. Evidence: Household member #1 has not updated their TB screening, last TB dated 3/10/2022. Household #2 has not updated their TB screening, last update 3/10/2022.
Plan of Correction:
Household # 1 will get their TB within the next 2 weeks, Household #2 will get their TB when they come home for summer break.
